Made a mobile order using the app. There are many free parking lots in this shopping center, Arrived after the time of promise, and two sandwiches were ready for pickup. The indoors seating looked clean. The cheesy garlic steak sandwich was well prepared and tasted good. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich was filled with customized ingredients as is.
This place is disgusting, there’s not enough tables and chairs, there’s no iced tea, the air conditioner doesn’t work, and they’re serving brown, nasty lettuce and they said it’s OK because the truck doesn’t come till tomorrow, and they dont listen, you repeat "ham sandwich on wheat" 3 times. This a service industry if they can’t communicate it’s extremely impossible to order anything.
Sub was terrible.😣
I placed an online order for a footlong and went to pick it up but didn't notice until I got back to work that I received the wrong sub. I went back to the store to let them know and they made me a new sub. But when I got back to work, my sub was STILL wrong, not toasted and missing the toppings. I couldn't leave work for a third time so no lunch today. 🤷🏻♀️
Never will I ever buy subs here my stomach is messed up and everything.
