I’m usually a fan of Subway, but I had a frustrating experience today. I specifically asked for no jalapeños on my sandwich, yet when I got it, there were way too many! It completely ruined the taste, and I couldn’t even enjoy it. It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t followed. Hopefully, they can be more careful with custom orders in the future
I had ordered online for me to pick up my food and when I got my food, they only gave me chicken and cheese on my sandwich
I went there to order a 6in. sandwich. The bread looked burnt and it look like it was hard. I as Angelina to make sure my bread was not hard. She pulled out more bread and said they all are like that and then mumbled something as if I was a problem. I just told her I’m good and walked away. I will not purchase another sandwich from there Angelina attitude is horrible.
Ordered Italian got home and no meat.
