I just visited (March 3, 3026 @ 9 pm) this location… and walked out for extremely bad service. The employee saw me but proceeded to take an order online. Then turned to me and said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Put some gloves on….still didn’t ask what I’d like to order. Pulled out 3 sheets of paper indicating to me she was about to start making 3 orders she just received online I walked out…it was clearly going to be a lot longer than a minute. This is my first time in Ohio, and after about an hour of searching for something to eat @4am, I finally found a place that was actually open — and I’m so glad it was this Subway. First of all, being open 24 hours is a lifesaver. I walked in and was greeted right away. The woman making my sandwich was absolutely awesome — so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind.
