I will be contacting management regarding tonights incident. My experience at this location tonight was incredibly disappointing, reflecting a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. The new gentleman making the sandwiches today was wonderful. I understand the stress this type of environment can bring and I was perfectly fine waiting for my order. I just wanted to shout out and say one of the best sandwiches I have had in a LONG TIME!!!
