I cannot get anyone at this subway to answer their phone. Is the number posted a fake number? I have called numerous times with no answer.
Today, 5 minutes ago...Lady employee asked me through the line what I wanted on my sandwich but never asked me if I wanted my bread warmed. Sat down at a table.... took a bite= bread cold as heck. She refused to remake. POOR SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION. Plus when I arrived, I had to wait more than 5 minutes for her to finish making a online order.
I hope the owner sees this… been in line for 20 min. Your poor sandwich maker is working alone on a FRIDAY evening, handling online orders and a long line. She’s also not a spring chicken… Shame on you! I get a weekday with one worker, but come on. If someone called out sick, get your own butt up here and help her.
They barely put any meat or toppings. The oregano and Parmesan was empty and they shook the empty can over my sandwich and looked at me as if they were done. I had to tell her to get more. My sandwich is all bread.
Came in and was being served by a very rude young lady her name was Nicole I believe. Every time I come and she is has a very nasty attitude. That and she has tried to overcharge me for my food in numerous occasions, one time I had gotten a six inch and she charged me for a foot long, I had to point it out and she rolled her eyes at me
