Worker kept ignoring me when I asked for a kids meal…only got the sandwiches. Place spelled like weed and door glass was cracked throughout like someone had been slammed into door. Rude lady and unprofessional. Felt sick several hours after eating there although food looked and tasted ok.
Messed up one of my subs. Ordered online. Even though didn't select onion and mayonnaise, they still put it on. Found it out when opened the sub at home. I told him when he was making it, not to mess it up. He said he follows the online print out. And not to bother him while making subs. When I called, they didn't pick up the phone. Left them message.
4 small slices of tomato for a footlong, 3 jalapeños. Had to ask for more mayo & sauce 2 times. Spinach is wilted. Lettuce is brown. Everything is covered so you can't see before you order. Skimped on everything. Soda fountain is broken.
Sketchy, run down strip mall with torn awnings and other disrepair. It smelled bad in here. The fountain machines were broken. We turned around and just left and went to the MUCH nicer Cloverly location. This Burtonsville location is literally giving the Subway franchise a bad name.
