I had an awful experience at this Subway location. After a long day, I ordered two sandwiches, only to discover both were wrong after getting home. I drove back to the store to try to get the issue resolved. One employee admitted the sandwiches were made wrong due to ingredient shortages. However, another employee who was on the phone with a “manager” (who apparently wasn’t even the manager for that location) refused to help and was very dismissive. Hours say open till 10 worker inside kept turning away each time anyone would come to the door. We got there before 9:30 door was locked and open sign was off as well. My husband ran into another person walking up and he said they dont care. That this location does this all the time.
I was getting a San which and saw while the lady was preparing my order I saw a roach crawling in the meat had to leave disgusting haven’t been back since had to cancel my order then the lady had and attitude when I didn’t get anything knowing it was because of the roach
