Out of many ingredients needed to make a sandwich…
Sandwiches were not made correctly with barely any ingredients. Used wrong bread and didn’t add in sauces! Veggies didn’t seem fresh and skimp on meat quantity. Order two footlong and barely got enough on them to be considered half sandwiches!! Can’t contest on app. Need to go in store. They close at 10, was hoping to stop in really quick after my work shirt. But they closed 15 minutes early so thanks
On October 21 I went there with my son at 9:37 pm to get my steak sub, which is my favorite. There were two guy sitting at the table which I believe they are the friends of the one who served me. After I left, they said Meow meow at me and my son. I’m very disappointed !!! The sad part is I tipped the guy $3 for his work. But in the return, we got disrespected by his friends. He didn’t even say anything to them. I will never come back to the store again.
Placed an order online 9/9 and 9/10 with both orders I got three sandwiches. on 9/9 2 did not have the sauces ordered (dry) and one was missing the Fresh Mozzarella Cheese I was upcharged for. I placed a very similar order 9/10 and when I went in I was told they couldn't add the fresh mozzarella because they no longer carry it. I asked why it was on the app then and asked for the refunds.
