Update: Jamie reached out and sincerely apologized in the thread. He made it clear that the situation was being taken seriously and would be addressed properly. I also appreciated that the staff involved came to apologize as well. Great service
Have been to this location twice, ordered using the app and went to pick up in store. The lady’s who have made my sandwich were really nice and kind great customer service. I’m a little disappointed as both times I have ordered there has been toppings missed and sauces that haven’t been put on even when they were on the receipt. I don’t want to complain however it has happened both times I’ve ordered from this location.
The store looks so fresh and clean. Jessika did a great jod making suggestions on combinations. Very friendly
