The manager makes this Subway a pleasure to visit. Welcoming and caring, and so cheery. The restaurant and washrooms are spotless.
I had a really great experience at Subway thanks to Balak! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. She made sure everything was taken care of and provided excellent customer service. Richa the assistant manager doesn’t even know the difference between chipotle and ranch. Learn your sauces before becoming an assistant manager. And instead of admitting that she made the sandwich wrong she just ignored me.
I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit on Tuesday, September 22 at approximately 5:53 p.m. There were no other customers in the store. One employee was working on an online order while another employee was in the back. I waited more than three minutes without being acknowledged or greeted.
