Rakesh needs to be fired or if he owns subway needs to take it away from him so rude amazingly rude the worst cx service ever I asked for more veggies the guy told me don't worry why would i worry ?? I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, my drink was missing. When I called the store to simply ask about it, the employee named “Harnaaz” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Breads dry always. Ingredients are fine but it seems fresher down the road into st norbert. Customer service is as dry as the bread. No personality, nobody smiles, they just make your food and send you on your way. Which is fine. But... Google askin so I'm telling you. Highly recommend not ordering delivery on any platform at this location, the sandwich is usually slim on toppings. However, super clean, nice place, and unlike most subways the tables are always clean.
Terrible experience. I'm disappointed in the staff member making my sub. He was being stingy and didn't put enough cheese on my sub. The veggies very soggy and the bread did not taste fresh. Sincerely disappointed.
