Showed up @ 9:20 am, nobody was here. Another night i arrived 20 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked with employees inside.
We placed an online order that stated it was done and ready for pickup at 8:05pm. When we got there, there was a few people being helped and we stood at the express pick up spot. 20 minutes later I told him we had an online order again and he printed out the receipt and told me he will make it now even though it was supposed to be ready at 8:05. We didn’t get our food until 8:45 and when we did, he said he “couldn’t fit” the two salads in a bag and handed me the bowls with no silverware or napkins.
I am not sure who is in charge of hiring here, but please do better. This is now the second time my boyfriend and I have used the app to order, the first time we show up and the employee was sitting in the dining area on his phone while the receipt for our order is sitting in the printer, about 20-25 minutes after we placed the order.
