Don't bother putting notes in for online orders. Have requested my sandwich toasted on the last three orders and it's been completely ignored. They also never have deals going on.
This particular location is hands down the best Subway I've ever been to. They ALWAYS have amazing customer service with friendly staff, the food is ALWAYS delicious and good quality, and they always have my online order ready on time which is really helpful if you are limited on time for lunch. Absolutely horrible service. Took 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and 3 bags of chips. Sandwiches were toasted and sat on the counter incomplete for 30 minutes while the worker kept working on other orders that came in after me. Then tells me at the end of preparing the order , they are out of the chocolate chip cookies. By the way , this was an online order that was already paid for before I even got to the store. I’ll never order from subway again. Worst service ever 😡😡😡😡
