The customer service was horrible and so was the food I'm never going back!
They didn't put the mayonnaise or tomatoes on the sub. The tea was spoilt told them when I left the tea was still sitting there
Customer service is terrible. Little red head that didn’t know what she was doing.
The black olives were bad and made the whole sandwich taste bad. The honey mustard was also bad I had to remove all of it. I wasn’t sure about the roast beef but I removed it also . I still ended up with a 4 meat sandwich I added some mayonnaise to it at home and it tasted ok . This was at 11:45 on Friday 4/17/2026 Update I ate half of it I’m not sure I can eat the other half mostly because I can’t get all the honey mustard off of the bread.
The place was fine and food serviceable. The worker insisted on putting the cheese on the bottom of the sandwich, claiming they were told they are required to. It was very strange and I was not a fan. Perhaps we caught her on a bad day. I would go here again if I needed to but it was less than the normal subway experience.
