When i checked my mailbox, there was a paper coupon flyer for Subway. I took a coupon with me, 2 footlongs for $12.99. When i arrived, i told the worker what kind of sandwich i wanted. They only had 3 kinds of cheese, Cheddar wasn't one of them. The worker didn't even ask me if i wanted Mayo, even though i saw the tube in their condiments station. I had a really disappointing experience with an employee named Cal at Subway. Customer service was extremely poor. Cal came across as rude, impatient, and uninterested in helping. When I tried to place my order, there was little to no communication, and I felt rushed the entire time. Instead of making the experience pleasant, it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I just ate a bread sandwich. And the lady shamed me for using a gift card they told me that wasn’t enough. I needed an extra money that is absurd.
Poor service and bad attitude from the employees
We were from out of town and we were greeted with a smile and a very friendly face and words. Would recommend this Subway.
