I would only order here if you want a mystery sandwich. Not one thing other than the cheese was correct and no refund cause I ordered on the app and no phone call cause the number doesn’t work. But hey what can you expect

Absolutely the worst customer service and I have been in here more than once! There were two people behind the counter working on an order. When the one worker was finished she went to the back l stating she needed to go watch her videos. The guy finish the order which happened to be my call i n order which I didn't even know. Never asked me my name to slapped a bag down in front of me and walked away I was never graded I was never thanked in fact the guy even said he hates these "big ass" orders?

I've been in here multiple times and today was the worst customer service by far. The worker, if you could call him that, would not get off the phone long enough to actually hear and pay attention to the order I was actually placing. He messed up my order and did not even hear me when I tried to correct him because he would not stop talking to the person that was on the phone. His own personal cell phone might I add.
