You're lucky to get service. They are slow as molasses and won't ever answer the phone. Its ridiculous. They rarely follow instructions when you order online. Why is there special instructions if they dont follow them?
Every time I have ordered at this subway they have not correctly completed my order - they don’t even cut the sandwiches in twos or read instructions you include and they will not even send some items in the order that you paid for - the phone number is disconnected so you cannot even contact them - if you can, you should avoid using this location.
I would only order here if you want a mystery sandwich. Not one thing other than the cheese was correct and no refund cause I ordered on the app and no phone call cause the number doesn’t work. But hey what can you expect
Had to walk out waited 10 mins no line and not greeted whatsoever
Absolutely the worst customer service and I have been in here more than once! There were two people behind the counter working on an order. When the one worker was finished she went to the back l stating she needed to go watch her videos. The guy finish the order which happened to be my call i n order which I didn't even know. Never asked me my name to slapped a bag down in front of me and walked away I was never graded I was never thanked in fact the guy even said he hates these "big ass" orders?
