On 6/5/25 I went to Subway at 4000 North Main Street to buy my sub a #30 and the manager Jay gave me the best service that I ever had. The sub that he made me was so delicious and on point I got to go back and get me another one. And plus He was very nice and polite and respectful %. He's service speak for itself. If you are reading this post and you are in Dayton Ohio please go to Subway on 4000 North Main Street and see for yourself if you don't believe me! I promise you will not be disappointed!
This store has always succeeded in ruining appetites. I don’t know why I try. I pay extra to get something like sliced avocado and they proceed to smear smashed avocado all over the outside of the sub. And when you order an American club you instead get the veggies you want with sweet onion teriyaki chicken. And when you order sweet onion teriyaki with bacon you instead get turkey and Black Forest ham with the teriyaki sauce. If you want what you pay for, DO NOT GO HERE. I genuinely dont even want to give this place a single star. The subs are NEVER made correctly. If you have allergies or sensitivity to anything STAY FAR AWAY because odds are your sandwich is not what you ordered! They can absolutely care less about anything they are putting out of this place. When my husband called the store to address this mess they could have cared less about what he had to say and didnt even offer to make it right or refund us.
