I was there last night at about 4pm. The guy didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I ordered 2 subs. He was finishing on online order. Then he slide those subs down the register and made mine. Slide my down by register. Then bagged up my sandwiches and the online order. When I got home my bag had one right sub and one totally wrong. He must of put one of the online subs in our bag and didn't notice it. I tried calling the store several times to let them no but there was no answer and weren't accepting messages.
Went to start an order. The person that was making the subs was rude and loud. After being talked to like I was wasting an employees time to do their own JOB I am never going to this subway again. Didnt even stay to finish the order. I definitely Wasted my time. Thank god I didn't waste my money. I hope management sees this and changes their employees attitude towards their customers in the future.
There weren't any clean tables. Flies everywhere. Half of the pizza was hard. Meatball subs didnt taste good, neither did the cookies. Threw half our food out. Would not recommend this subway.
I order online from here about once a month and always have problems. Last month they put sauces in my protein bowl I didn’t order and it was disgusting so I tossed it and didn’t even eat it. Today they ran out of ingredients and they don’t call you, they wait until you show up to tell you they are out (how do you not have meatballs at 11 am)? I’m done spending my money here as it’s not worth my time or expense. I order for a family of 3-4 each time and there is always something wrong.
Ordered 2 subs for 6:20pm, showed up at 6:10 and they were already sitting out ready, the app didnt say they were ready until 6:20 anyway. What the hell is the point of choosing a time if they arent going to follow, I genuinely kinda want a refund. NEVER ORDER ON THE APP FROM HERE!
