I come here a couple of times after work every week normally when I have a coupon, the lady scans it and tears it up after use. Today I witnessed her scan and return a coupon to someone that was her nationality. I was next after that customer she scanned mine & I asked can I keep my coupon as well just to see if she would she scanned it and ripped in half I said, why did you allow the other customer to keep her coupon? Today I visited the Subway in Clarkston and had a great experience! The service was fast and efficient, and the employees were incredibly friendly. They greeted me with a smile and even took the time to engage in light conversation, which made the visit feel welcoming and personal. They were also funny, which added a nice touch to the overall vibe. The lady making the food was so rude and they don’t accept coupon.
I ordered a foot long hot shot sub meal with a bottled cherry pepsi and chocolate chip cookies. The driver called me and told me she handed her a fountain Pepsi. I sent her back to fix it. Once receiving my order I realized I didn't have my cookies. I was trying to call them to have my cookies ready for me and they do not answer the phone I've literally called three times.
