Inpatient Service, been here around multiple times.
I ordered three separate 6-inch Value Ham & Salami subs advertised at $4.99 each. The cashier instead charged me for one 12-inch sub at $13.79 and only one 6-inch Value sub at $4.99, for a total of $20.77 with tax. I immediately asked him to correct the charge, but he refused and said it was “the same thing.” The total amount of food may be the same, but the price is not, and I specifically ordered three separate $4.99 sandwiches. Very disappointing customer service.
I have visited this restaurant many times, and most of the staff are friendly, especially the women who work here. The owner has always been kind to me. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with one of the male employees. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me in an aggressive way and even used insulting words such as “stupid” and other offensive language. No customer should be treated like that.
