Would give a zero if I could. I was there 5 -10 minutes, with 2 employees in front of me making sandwiches. It seemed obvious they had a large order, but not once did they acknowledge I was there, make eye contact or anything. I watched them complete an assembly line of sandwiches. Sandwitch artist was pretty rude, trying to rush us along without really listening to what we wanted. Gave us no time to really think about what we might want. She spoke quietly and fast at the same time so it was difficult to hear her on top of everything else. Won’t be coming back to this location.
I’ve been coming to this Subway for the past two years, but after today, I’m done for good. The person behind the counter was incredibly rude—making faces at me like I was an inconvenience and refusing to speak up clearly when I couldn’t hear him. This used to be my go to sandwich place because the food was good and using coupons made it very affordable, so I would eat here multiple times a week. However, they stopped taking coupons and no longer allow me to order the sandwich I like so theres no reason to go here. The coupon thing isnt even a corporate thing, its just the owner being greedy, so even if you specifically want subway go to a different one. Horrid experience. Employees had no care about the restaurant and service. Took 16 minutes to get two sandwiches (I was only one in restaurant), also employees messed up my order by not looking down at what he was grabbing. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
