Thar happened just today!!! 1 HOUR AGO.... So I busy work all day then see time stop let me take something to eat so I decided go ahead with Subway and it's not far from where I am... It's 6 mins away... it was 8:55pm and it say they closed at 9:30pm OK FINE HAVE TIME... I arrived there and parked at 9:05pm then typing on my phone be ready to tell what I want BECAUSE I AM DEAF!!!! I visited this Subway hoping for a quick vegetarian meal and left completely disappointed. I ordered plain nachos and a veggie sub, clearly stating no meat. One of the employees still added steak. When I pointed out the mistake, she rolled her eyes and said "oh my god," as if it were my fault. Instead of remaking the nachos, a second employee simply picked the steak out in the corner and handed the same chips back then told me they were fresh. Subway is always my safe place, and they seem to have made a recent sort of peace with their franchisees. The specials are honored and more places now even though they are less frequent. I tell you, a good old Subway sandwich, it's like a hug from your grandma. It's just become a part of what I look forward to sometimes. Anyway, current staff is very nice. Thank you for my sandwiches!
