Came at 7:15pm, store doesn’t close until 8pm and the worker was already pulling stuff out and saying we only accept cash
This location has very bad customer service. They don’t prepare subs per you order instructions and they go by their own terms. If you using coupons you are not respected. Ordering online and using coupons is not appreciated by the staff and you won’t get anything extra like lettuce or olives if you’re ordering using coupons. At the time of pick up they will give huge lecture and warn you not to ask for extras if using coupons and that extras are only for regular price. It’s good but I don’t like a person who works there.
Idk why this place has such a low rating. Order was made with fair portions. Guy working the counter was friendly and professional. Placed an online order and it was ready 5 minutes before they had predicted it on the app.
