I PAID for extra items And they absolutely put less than even the REGULAR amount THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
The workers were very rude to me. The older woman and man that were working in the front raised their voices at me when i simply wanted to know why i was charged extra when I got the meal of the day! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! And the drink fountain had bugs and particles coming out in my drink!
It was clean. The subs were delicious. I just wish they had my black olives but the service was amazing and the people there were very sweet and greeted with a smile on the way in amd smiled and waved on the way out. Thank you guys for a great time
Visited Subway during peak lunch hour on saturday and there were only two employees trying to handle a long line of customers. The workers were doing their best, but it was obvious they were overwhelmed. Wait times were excessive, the dining area was dirty, and the overall customer experience suffered because of poor staffing decisions. This is not a criticism of the employees working hard under pressure, it’s a management issue.
