terrible customer service i spent about 80 dollars on my order of subs and the lady working tried to tell me that i couldn’t put pickles on my sub and when the man told her to do it she tried to be petty and put 4 pickles on a footlong and just kept arguing with me about it the whole time, they will never get my money again!!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could!!! First the lady told me I couldn't get a cold cut wrap yet it is on the menu. Second their soda machine....every single soda was flat. We asked if they would substitute our flat sodas for bottled drinks. SURE BUT THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE US!!! Very unprofessional and said they DID NOT care if they got a bad review....

I have called all day after I placed the order at the wrong location, and to no avail. The answer says mailbox full it doesn’t even ring. So how am I supposed to get ahold of them from 3 states away? Yes I know it’s my mistake for placing at the wrong one but was trying to correct it before it was too late but I haven’t been able to get a hold of ANYONE. How can I not get ahold of not 1 person in the whole store?? Irritating

I PAID for extra items And they absolutely put less than even the REGULAR amount THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
