Haven't eaten at Slopway in years. Only purchased the meal for the ARC Raiders code..and they didn't give me the code. Said they didn't know how, but confirmed that they did indeed participate in the promotion. So, I will definitely not be back into any Slopway location, for most of the rest of my life. Seriously, y'all are a joke..and we don't even need to discuss the quality of your food.
Don’t come here if you want fresh cookies. The cookies look old and they are really hard. I miss when the cookies were soft and in the middle of being done but gooey at the same time. I don’t know what happened but they have just gone downhill in general
Accidentally ordered here instead of my intended location and called four times to ask to cancel it. The man I talked to claimed to be the manager but then said he wasn't. I was told they cannot cancel it and I need to call a manager, I was given a fake 13 digit phone number that of course did not work. I gave up after that.
