Update: this location seems to have improved recently, the food seems more fresh and hopefully the food safety score will be increased with next inspection. Often feel a bit sick after eating here, has a less than Excellent food safety score posted on the door.. think I’ll avoid this one in future
I come to this location multiple times per week. I have a different experience depending on what time of day I go. The morning shift is two older women…, they have the worst customer service ive ever seen. They don’t greet you, they don’t smile, and they’re extremely stingy with portions sizes. They really hold back on putting proper portions on anything. When I asked for more they told he they would have to charge me for it. All I did was ask for olives. Plural lol.. the amount they put on my sandwich probably totaled 1 olive. They will also dip their hands and cross contaminate food on top of burning bread. My alarm went off for toasted bread and rather than pull it out the old lady decided to make the next persons sandwich when there were only two of us.
They closed early and wouldnt let me pick up my order and now subway is refusing to work with me for a refund. This location is dirty and the workers have horrible attitudes anyway, literally so many of the reviews say that.
