Came in to order and ask for help with the buy one get one online promo. Employee couldn't care less or even bother to try and help. Just me coming in was clearly an inconvenience to her. Made a disgusted face as she closed my sub. I asked her if she was disgusted and she said yes. One of the bottles of sauce was low and she wouldn't go get more. I didn't even order the rest of the subs for my group after that. Subway check your employees. I love subway. I will go out of my way to not go back to this one.
Bigger guy making sandwich no name tag , sweat was Litteraly dripping from his face into the foods, Very rude manner also , guys behind me waiting in line were shocked how was talking also
I ordered subs for my wife and I online, I get there and it's empty, they guy behind the line doest acknowledge my presence at all. I get home and open our subs to see they aren't toasted like we ordered and he couldn't even have been bothered to cut our subs, is it a very big deal? No but I paid for it and I expect to get what I paid for. Now I'm trying to call to talk to a manager and no one is answering the phone after a few calls, kind of ridiculous.
