I don’t care how nice they were. My problem could have been easily fixed and they refused to do so. I ordered my lunch at 1:25 online and it said it would be ready by 1:45. I go in and they tell me that I’m at the wrong location because they have no orders. I leave and come back because I was at the right location. She then confirmed that I was at the right location.
