Made two separate orders. One for myself. One for my mother. We used the same coupon as the only rule is can’t be in the same order. I walk into the store ready to pick up both our orders. I walk in and say I’m just picking up. The older lady asked if I accidentally placed two separate orders and I said no. She’s was like I can’t give you both deals even if it’s ordered separately. She’s like “store policy” yet it was no where written down and after asking I told her to refund me. She did. I’ve never experienced that before ... read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway (4 Research Rd, Monroe, NJ). The employee, Nimisha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in while on the phone confirming my friend’s order. When I asked her to wait a moment, she rolled her eyes. When I asked about bread options, she didn’t bother explaining and just pointed at the sign. While I was reading the choices to my friend, she left to assist other customers.
