Dirty. Sticky floors. Bugs in windows. Sandwich glass filthy. Everything had a film on it. Back door just wide open. Over packed sandwiches. I placed a mobile ordder with this store on 8/17/2025 when I got there they told me the were out of Meatballs AND out of TUNA (they did try calling but I was driving) when i got there they asked me if i wanted something else or a refund. I told them Refund it all. I have called back no less than 5 times and still NO refund (Order 5088E15A-56) $37.18 still charged to my card and no refund processed. Ordered the sub of the day. She was more interested in talking to her coworker than listening. She asked 3 times what I wanted. When I went to pay she asked if I wanted chips and a drink. I finally got smart with her and asked does that come with the sub deal of the day?? Worst service ever. Oh and the bathroom was out of order. No where to wash my hands.
