Not sure if he’s the owner, but there’s the grumpiest man who works there. Obviously hates his job. Always smashing up my sandwich and just his demeanor. Not a happy person.
I wanted to give a zero for service and atmosphere. This is the second time we have walked out of this place and will b the last. We thought to give it another try but tonight the employee was very rude, impolite and out of order. Apparently she was upset because her shift had been busy. There were 3 staff, 2 behind the counter and 1 sitting at a table apparently either on break or off for the night? We got there at 6:50. Walked in with two ppl ahead of us, no problem to wait. Terrible! Never again!
Placed an app order more than 30 minutes ahead of time. When to pick it up and they hadn’t even started. They just kept making sandwiches for customers who were coming in while I was waiting and just ignored me. Never again, this Subway is trash. Used up my whole lunch hour waiting for a sandwich that should have been ready when I got there.
