The gentleman in this location whom i assume is the owner is very rude, aggressive and disrespectful. He definitely makes the Subway logo look a little different. He doesn't like to fill your orders as requested and does not slow down long enough to listen to you. He makes me feel very rushed in this location and is very expressive towards his employees with eye rolls, sighs and words. SUBWAY you need to investigate this man since he carries your logo. Where are your secret shoppers?
Ordered jalapeños and got banana peppers. Ordered honey mustard and got regular mustard. Got no lettuce at all on one of the sandwiches. My kids are very particular about their food, so it was a rough night. No need in trying to take it back. The owner is very rude and hateful. He will just yell and throw things in the store. Does not function during posted operating hours. I'm tired of driving to this store, after checking the operation hours, just for it to be closed.
Bad experience overall. Poor service and would not accommodate reasonable requests
