Please communicate with your employees about customer service . The wait is 5-10 minutes , not because there was a line , the employees were sitting in the back. The employee came to the counter with an attitude. Did not speak just rudely saying “ what do you want” . People can choose where they spend money. Your business won’t be successful with employees like this. The sub wasn’t bad but I’ll rather spend my money elsewhere if you’re going to have an attitude making a sub at a job you signed up for.

the short white girl is always rude and never even says anything to you other than asking if you want it toasted or if you want cheese, she never gives u a lid or straw and immediately goes back into the back room after u pay so there's no chance to even ask for one, you have to wait there for her to come back and ask for a straw and lid and she again doesn't say anything and only rolls her eyes and goes and slowly gets the lid and straw and places them as far as she can from u. she needs to be fired asap and does not even d... read more

This evening at 5:27 PM, I ordered six cookies — two macadamia nut, two raspberry cheesecake, and two oatmeal. While preparing my order, the employee dropped one of the cookies on the counter. Instead of discarding it, she proceeded to place it into my box. I looked at her and asked if she was serious. She looked back at me but continued placing the cookie in the box until I told her to replace it with a different one.
