Wouldn't even give them a star. Ok I've always lived the Buffalo Chicken sub. They no longer have it. Not a problem, I'll try something different. The in person food is pretty good, but the online ordering is downright abysmal.
I am absolutely fed up with this store. Not only do they turn off the app at 6 pm saying the store is “closed” so they don’t have to do online orders with a deal (I needed to order another for a family member) But when I put a request for extra black olives they put FOUR. FOUR black olives on the entire sandwich. They do crap on purpose just to be jerks and I’m so sick of it. Don’t order online. Especially the no bread bowl because you will NOT get what you ordered! If you ask for extra olives you’ll get less, if you ask for extra tomato you’ll get 3, and don’t expect the same amount of rotisserie chicken as the Footlong sandwich the way they advertise because you’ll get 4 little pieces of chicken!
