This place was the best Subway ever under the prior ownership. The owner was very nice. He maybe worked too much, but he was always very accommodating and friendly. The new owner isn't nearly as visible in the restaurant. The napkins in the dining area are often out of stock. They didn't have drink carriers when I really needed one. Also, they've been a bit skimpy on the toppings if I order ahead in the app and can't ask for more. Honestly, despite all the complaints, it's still an above average Subway. Super friendly employees who enjoy conversation! It was great holding a conversation with them!
Workers refused to make more sweet tea In the middle of the day… After I paid for it. Told me to get unsweetened tea and just to add sugar which tasted old!!
