On the menu, it says soft pretzels are $2.59. When it was time to pay, she said a price that was over $3.50. When I pointed out the price, she said the owner said it was different. I said "then he needs to change his sign." I didn't buy it. Another time, I ordered an Italian classic and she only put a very thin slice of ham on the sandwich. It was supposed to have several pieces of ham, pepperoni, and salami. I won't be back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else go back, either.
Me and my wife normally go to the subway thats on Broad Street, unfortunately she accidentally order from this one. There are 2 little squares of chicken on this sandwich and thats it . The bread was stale. If you decide to go to subway, DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE . The other one is way better. Sandwich was so bad i had to throw it away.
First, the lady is reusing her gloves and just taking them off in between customers. They used a dirty knife to cut open the bread leaving a smear of mustard and mayo across the bread, then they put about 75% the amount of meat on the sandwich that you would normally get, and half the amount of cheese. They used a different dirty knife to cut my sandwich in half. This place is absolutely disgusting.
Took 30 minutes to come to the counter. Sat back there talking the whole time.
