Employee is very rude asked for napkins and they refused to give at first when asked again only gave 1 piece and this was not the first time i thought leaving a review had encountered very similar incidents twice. They try to cheat customers if they are not aware of products. Like giving less amount of cheese.worst outlet to visit.
Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway on West Beaver Creek. I was parked for a moment waiting for a friend so we could go inside together. An employee came out of the store and immediately started yelling at me, threatening to call the police and take a picture of my license plate. Completely aggressive and unnecessary. This is based on multiple experiences ordering from this Subway location. The ingredient quality is actually good, and everything tastes fresh. However, the portion sizes and staff behavior are really disappointing. Compared to other Subway locations, the amount of food here is honestly ridiculous. The food was awful, and the staff had a terrible attitude. The dishes tasted like they had been sitting out for days, and it felt like the staff would do anything just to cut costs. Don’t waste any money at here!
