My customer service experience was dog crap. I had an online order and went to pick it up. I walked in and this one women had a whole attitude. You could tell by her voice and body language. She says in a nasty way "Who had a pick up for blank" (not putting the name online). I smile and say me. She slams the bag on the counter. I ask in a nice way could I also get 2 large drinks. This subway sucks, just like all of the others. Prices are higher than online (wasted drive), ingredients are barely there, employees are not sociable at all, only speaking to each other in a foreign language. Rude. Example? A Philly has about 3 tablespoons of crappy meat in it. Good luck finding the cheese. Close them down! And don't prompt me for a tip, when I stood at the counter, waited for you to take my money and cleared my own table. The food isn't worth the price to begin with.
