I went to Subway last night and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (around 35–45 years old) was extremely rude, gave us attitude, and seemed to do his job without any care. It honestly felt like, if he had the option, he would’ve asked us to make the sandwiches ourselves. He barely spoke and showed no customer service skills.
