Terrible service. I placed an online order 30 minutes before my arrival for 12:50, paid for it, and received a message saying that my order had been accepted and was being prepared. I arrived at 12:52, only to be told that my order wasn’t ready and that I needed to wait. In the end, I had to wait another 20 minutes. What’s the point of placing an online order in advance if they only start making it after I show up?
My husband bought me a chicken sandwich , it was disgusting! He bought for himself also I true mines away didn't touch it. He ate his because, it cause him 30.00 for 2 Subway's. Never again yack!!!
ETENTION,!!!IS NOT SAFETY NOT FREINDLY UNCLEANLINESS AND UNHYGIENIC WAY OF WORKING.. i saw how today i witnessed a young girl with a toldder placing an order. The employees were faling food. She noticed they just threw this sandwich at her. But what happened after she left the premises. I need to contact health and food safety urgently!
Three employees working, one sitting in the back, one with headphones on in the middle of a phone conversation ignoring the only two customers in the store, and the brand new employee making sandwiches. It took fifteen minutes for this poor kid to make us two sandwiches while the one with the headphones did absolutely nothing to help her. No teamwork here, that's for sure. I wont be buying from this Subway again. The sad part is i was going to go to Jersey Mikes..........
