While I typically appreciate the quality of the subs at this location, today's experience was subpar. The sandwich I received was mostly veggies and not enough meat. Furthermore the customer service experience requires improvement. A basic greeting upon entry would greatly enhance the overall atmosphere and experience.
My little 4-year-old and I walked in and ordered some sandwiches and one chocolate cookie. My daughter asked me if she could order the cookie herself. She said, “Can I have one double chocolate cookie, please?” The man ignored her the first time. I thought maybe she had spoken too quietly, so I told her to try again. The man ignored her a second time. Then he took out one cookie and said, “Only one?”I said, “Yes, please.” So, he heard what she was saying, but he just completely ignored her.
