I called to let this owner know that someone had delivered a sub to my house (wrong house) when I hadn't placed an order. The owner lost his mind, was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I have NO idea what prompted this, I was just calling them to let them know someone was missing a sub and that it was delivered to my house. I had even tried to call back in case it was a disconnection, to which I was met with more hostility, and the owner hung up again. had terrible food poisoning and attempted to reach out this subway to learn their refund policy (because the one I had ordered from didn't even have their telephone line connected. Probably the worst customer service I've ever recieved, and then I was hung up on mid conversation
Really rude staff
Food was good since it’s subway, but the owner started yelling at us
Second time I ordered yesterday night 16th January around 12 am. Got food poisoning, had been puking since last night been puking 3 to 4 times by 9 am. Never ordering from this location at all. The health & food department needs to make sure, that they use fresh ingredients at all times.
