Unprofessional service
This subway is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The owner is a CHEAP skimper. Purposefully picking in and out each individual of teriyaki chicken. I went once for lunch, will NEVER go back to that location again. These people don’t know how to run a business. No friendly atmosphere, penny pinching each piece of chicken especially when you didn’t even put full scoops is ridiculous. I basically ate lettuce and bread with a side of chicken. Brutal. Just had to let yall know
Why is your open sign lit up after 7 AM around 7:15 if your store is not open
Forced to wait an hour for food since they were out of white bread and refused to cancel my $15 order. I asked to be compensated one (1) pop cup to make up for the experience and Davit behind the counter refused. No sense of customer service. Don't even get me started on the food.
I called to let this owner know that someone had delivered a sub to my house (wrong house) when I hadn't placed an order. The owner lost his mind, was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I have NO idea what prompted this, I was just calling them to let them know someone was missing a sub and that it was delivered to my house. I had even tried to call back in case it was a disconnection, to which I was met with more hostility, and the owner hung up again.
