If I could give this a 0 I would. The service sucks. You can’t even order on the app with a % off. They tell you at the window after you order they don’t accept Coupons, even on the app. They are rude as hell, I ordered an Italian sub with ham, bacon cheese toasted with pickles and mayo. They look at me like I’m dumb every time. No wonder they lose money and have a 3.5 star review. This place is a mess. Awful customer service. I called in to ask if the drive-thru was open, be ause I'd been sitting stuck behind another car for 10 minutes. The girl answered and said they were busy. She then proceeded to hang up on me. This is not the first time an employee here has been rude.
There's some 50 year old guy behind the counter I pointed something out and he replied dosent matter what you pick were out of stock. I got a bit hot so I stepped away to use the rest room then when I came back he was behind the counter saying he was about to lose it kicking condiment cups around on the ground. Absolutely unprofessional attitude took everything I had no to approach him in front of my family. Something you shouldn't have to deal with while ordering food. Will not visit again.
Arrived 30 minutes prior to closing and they were already packing up the food. I asked if they were closing early and the guy working there says “no but, but just don’t take forever!” We quickly took our business elsewhere. I know this location has a reputation for being “frugal” so I was surprised to see them so willing to lose a sale. If you’re going to be tight, you have to employee decent help.
This place has the rudest staff I have ever met in my life. I know people need to make a living but shouldn’t choose food and customer service if they don't want to deal with customers. I first pulled through the drive through and was met by no-one. I waited 5 minutes before I was forced to go inside.
