Bad customer service, bad attitude, unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Management should care enough to hire people with a desire to do a good job. They still had 2 hours til closing when ordered.

Went to this subway today and there was a handwritten sign taped to the door that said "NO MORE FREE WATER!" -The Owner I always thought this was illegal in Arizona but apparently it's not. Well it should be. We live in a desert. Have some basic humanity. The water costs you virtually nothing. I used to be a regular here. I will never set foot in there again. I'm not giving my money to some one who can't even offer a drink of water to someone in need. I plan on finding out what franchises this person owns and no longer going... read more
