I had a horrible experience at one of your cincinnati locations on Thursday July 3rd 2025. I ordered on the subway app for 3 sandwiches, we get to the store for pick up early we check in they say its not ready yet okay we wait until the app says its finishing up, we head into the store for pick up and first they tell us the order has been picked up already and we tell them theres no way we've been in the parking lot waiting the entire time, then they say oh yea that has to be canceled because we dont have the product to make... read more
Very slow service very dirty
Ordered online boths sandwiches were made wrong when i got home. But the service was great
I stood there waiting to order and was stared at but never spoken to.
