They absolutely did not add a gratuity to anyone's bill without telling them, it asks what tip amount you want to give before you swipe your card, and I could tell just from how the employees were acting that they are getting a bad deal here, at this Subway. Normally there's no need for a Subway to compete with anyone. And if the surrounding yuppie restaurants are any good, then there's no reason for them to compete with Subway. But it must be weird, running that location, I see that they're trying, very hard. Perfect sub.

I’ve visited this Subway multiple times, and I’ve noticed a consistent difference in how customers are treated. The owner does not greet me when I walk in, but I’ve observed him greeting other customers, specifically white and Black male customers, while remaining silent toward me. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone. Being repeatedly ignored makes the environment uncomfortable and feels discriminatory. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on treating all customers equally.

They added a 20% tip to my order without telling me. Absolutely repulsive behavior. Contact corporate and of course, no one reached back to me. Do not go to this location. Save yourself the money
