I’m really disappointed with my experience today at Subway on 45th st in Vero Beach FL.. I went in specifically for the 2 footlong subs for $12.99 deal. Before ordering, I clearly asked the employee if the deal required ordering online. She said something in broken English that I couldn’t understand. There was no one in the store so I asked her again and she said, she could take my order, so I went ahead and ordered two very basic subs. When she rang me up, the total was $25. There was no meat on my sub and then I couldn’t use my coupon for a chicken sub I never go back to this store

Went to this subway may 22 2026 and the lady that was working there skipped over half the ingredients for my cold cut sub I told her she skip some of the meats and she said she didn’t

I placed my order on the app around 9 am and arrived at the store at 9:20 and the doors were locked and no one there. I checked the app and my order was cancelled 😡. That was supposed to be my lunch for the day while I was at work.

The Subway internet service is constantly down, and it’s becoming extremely inconvenient—especially for customers who don’t carry cash. In today’s world, reliable Wi-Fi or stable electronic payment systems aren’t optional; they’re expected. When the connection fails, it leaves customers stuck, frustrated, and sometimes unable to complete their purchase at all.
