Do not order for pickup — only order in person where you can actually see what they’re making. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo, and it came loaded with an excessive amount of mayo, said toasted - was no toasted , plus other ingredients that weren’t even part of the order. Completely wrong and disappointing. If you go, make sure you order inside so you can control what goes into your food.
No pepperoni, no pickles, no sweet tea at 1130AM, also lemonade in the fountain was just water. Can’t believe I paid $17 for that. Last time we’ll come to this location.
Came in to place the $7.99 footlong special i saw on my app, was told by woman behind counter I needed to do that online, I went online to place order and ot was charging me full price. I asked woman behind counter and all she could say is sorry that is online not us, I asked for cooperate phone number and again sorry I dont know. I went to show her promotion on app and she didnt even want to look. Id like a call back, I sent in a survey with my info
I went there around 4:35 and was greeted by Melvin and Chris those two are a powerhouse they have great chemistry and synergy together the subways was super clean I will most definitely come back again!
