Only 2 servers. They ran out of turkey and meatballs. Meatballs were cold. Staff had no personality. Took FOREVER because again only 2 people working. Way too slow for the amount of money and service.

I recently visited Subway and had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Mark. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. He spoke disrespectfully, acted careless, and his overall attitude made the visit uncomfortable. The way he handled customers was completely unacceptable, and his unnecessary nonsense behavior showed a lack of basic customer service skills. I hope the management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make it hard for customers to return.
i stopped to sit down and eat after getting off work, biggest mistake ive made in MONTHS. the woman didnt put cheese on my sandwich and i wasnt paying attention enough and didnt notice until i sat down and took a bite. took it back and she pointed at mayonnaise saying “theres cheese u just cant see it”. i work in a restaurant myself. and have tastebuds. I WOULD TASTE THE CHEESE IF IT WAS ON THERE. didnt even wanna sit down and eat anymore after she made a new one.
They don’t have work experience they don’t know how to deal with people or customers & working very slow & they deal with customers very rudely
