Clean and fresh food.
I was craving a subway sandwich with fresh ingredients. Arrived at 7:05 p.m. No customers inside and the attendant was in the back. I kept saying, hello, hello, finally he came out. I asked, where is the meat? He stated, it's covered up. I like to see what I'm buying. All the toppings looked like they had been sitting there all day. Walked in at 10:30 am this morning and the only worker “working” was in the back taking a nap. Needless to say, I didn’t receive any service and left.
Typical Subway experience by getting a mediocre sandwich. Bread seemed on the stale side. Like all restaurants struggling to manage rising costs, there was less meat on the sub. To end on a positive note, the guy manning the store was fantastic - very friendly and customer orientated.
Tito (hope I spelled your name right) took excellent care of me, made the sandwich perfectly to my request and it was exactly what I needed with an awful day at the ER with a sick partner. The store was clean and well cared for.
