I accidentally ordered from there location on the Subway app and was unable to cancel it. I tried calling the location multiple times and only got a busy signal. Over an hour later a get a call from an out of state phone # asking if I was going to be picking up my sandwiches. I let her know I ordered by mistake and couldn't cancel. I told her I tried calling but got a busy signal. She told me there phone # hasn't worked in over a year! We'll see if I get refunded. Not holding my breath.

Placed online order and was delivered by Door Dash. Then receive phone call from Subway that my order by Door Dash was delivered to wrong person. I stated I hadn't opened it yet. Was told can reorder & pay for delivery again or request refund from Door Dash. Sorry, not paying twice. I love this location, atleast I used to. But recently they have just been doing not good. I went in just now and they absolutely did not care. Took over 7 minutes just for them to peek they're head around the corner and realize a customer was there. Even then the girl who made my sandwiches rushed them. I had to repeatedly ask for more on the sandwich or spread it out because she would put they tiniest amount of ingredients in the direct center of the sandwich.
