Staff was rude and screamed at me. Bread was old/not fresh. Won’t be coming back.
Ordered via DoorDash online ordering and the cashier wanted me to “confirm pickup”. Dude, I AM the customer? I mean yeah I’m a DoorDash driver, but the last time I picked up an order from here was at least a few months… mind you, the ticket screamed “Pick-up” all over it and even said “Pick-up” as part of the name. I ordered subs from this shop through DoorDash two times in two weeks. Both times, the bread on both subs that I ordered was hard as a rock. I will no longer patronize this store. As a consumer, I do not have to accept such poor quality. Edit: 4 months later, I decided to try the owner's suggestion to select the "soft bread" option. There absolutely is no such option through the DoorDash app. Sorry Subway, I will continue to stay away.
